Welcome to Sasi Xperience Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services – whether in person or online – you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Services
We offer dine-in, takeout, catering, and delivery of Nigerian cuisine through our restaurant located in Calgary,
Alberta. Online orders may be placed via our website or third-party platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and
SkipTheDishes.
2. Reservations & Seating
- Reservations are accepted but not required.
- Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
- We reserve the right to adjust seating arrangements during peak hours.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of order via cash, debit/credit card, or mobile payment.
- For online orders, payments are securely processed through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe or third-party delivery app).
- We do not store your payment details on our servers.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Dine-In: No refunds once an order has been prepared.
- Online Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once accepted. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery/pickup.
- Catering/Pre-orders: A 50% deposit is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may forfeit the deposit.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requests
We strive to accommodate dietary preferences but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Customers with food allergies should notify staff prior-to ordering.
6. Delivery Terms
- We partner with third-party platforms for deliveries. Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, Sasi Xperience is not liable for delays, damages, or missing items.
- For direct orders, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, menus, branding, and media are the property of Sasi Xperience Inc. and may not
be used without written permission.
